Welcome. These terms govern your booking and participation in Playgamesvero fishing trips and outdoor tours. By reserving a trip or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms, so please review them carefully.
You agree to follow all fishing regulations, obey your guide's safety instructions, and use the equipment responsibly. Do not engage in unsafe behavior, damage boats or gear, or violate local conservation laws.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking and for notifying us of any health conditions or physical limitations before your trip. Report any injuries or safety concerns to your guide immediately.
All fishing charter and tour prices are displayed in full before you book. Payment is due at the time of reservation. You can modify your trip date or upgrade your package anytime through your account.
You may cancel anytime. Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for a future trip.
We maintain our boats and safety equipment to the highest standards. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your trip.
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always posted here, and we'll notify you of any significant changes that affect your bookings.
